Time: 20 minutes. Juicy and crunchy, this salad will refresh you throughout the feast. Ingredients:
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice |
5 tablespoons roasted almond oil |
1 package (12 oz.) salad mix with sturdy greens, especially radicchio |
1 sweet onion such as walla walla, peeled and cut into half-moons |
2 cups seedless red grapes, cut in half |
1 cup toasted sliced almonds |
Directions:
