Refreshing sorbet. Ingredients:
500 g grape, stemmed |
3 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon port wine |
Directions:
1. In a pot add grapes along some water and cook until soft. 2. Remove from the heat and press through a food mill. 3. In this case the result was 300 ml juice. 4. Simply add sugar and Port wein, the rest will be done by the ice cream maker. |
