Perfect for a fast, easy breakfast. Grapes are high in Vitamin C and potassium, and this is pretty low calorie. From 'Relish' magazine.
Ingredients:
2 cups red seedless grapes
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup 2% low-fat milk
1 -2 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
1. Combine grapes, yogurt, milk and sugar in blender.
2. Cover and blend until smooth.
