This is really good over any grilled meat, especially chicken. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 cups grapes seeded |
4 tablespoon almonds chopped and toasted |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 garlic clove chopped |
1 tablespoon diced green chilies |
2 tablespoon snipped chives |
2 tablespoon snipped cilantro |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Put grapes into a food processor and process briefly until coarsely chopped. 2. Add remaining ingredients and process briefly. |
