Try seeing if this isn't a hit at your next potluck or family reunion. It's almost good enough to be a dessert. Ingredients:
2 lbs red grapes |
2 lbs green grapes |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup nuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Wash grapes and pat dry. 2. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. 3. Add the grapes and toss gently. 4. Place in a 9x13 cake pan. 5. Mix together the brown sugar and nuts and sprinkle on top. 6. Keep refridgerated. |
