A cool creamy grape dish, good on a hot summer day. Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened |
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream |
1/3 c. sugar |
2 tsp. vanilla |
2 pds seedless green grapes |
2 pds seedless red grapes |
3 tbs. brown sugar |
3 tbs. chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until blended. 2. Add grapes and toss to coat. 3. Transfer to a serving bowl. 4. Cover and refrigerate until serving. 5. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans just before serving. |
