I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from The Beverly Lewis Amish Heritage Cookbook. This makes a large amount. Delicious over baby pearl tapioca. Instant Clear Jel can be purchased where canning supplies are available. Tapioca can be submitted if necessary. I plan to use sugar free raspberry jello. Ingredients:
4 cups water |
2 cups 100% grape juice |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
4 ounces raspberry jell-o gelatin |
2/3 cup instant clear jel |
1 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 lemons, juice of |
Directions:
1. Heat first 4 ingredients; stir in Clear Jel, 1 cup water, and salt. Mix in lemon juice. 2. Chill. |
