Found this in an old TOH. Haven't tried it yet but since my oldest son LOVES fruit I thought I'd put it here for safe keeping. Ingredients:
2 cups cubed cantaloupe |
1 1/2 cups green grapes, halved |
1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, halved |
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained |
1/2 cup pineapple preserves |
Directions:
1. In a large, combine the cantaloupe, grapes and oranges. 2. Whisk the preserves and pour over fruit; toss to coat. 3. Chill until serving. |
