This is a fun and easy recipe to make for your kids, or for partys as a appetizer. Ingredients:
1 1/2 ground chuck beef |
1/2 cups cracker crums |
1/2 cup finely choped onions |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 large egg |
about 3 to 4 teaspoons yellow musturd add more if needed |
1 cup grape jelly any kind will do |
Directions:
1. mix all in a bowl except jelly and yellow musterd 2. make the meat balls 3. put meat balls in crock pot 4. put the jelly and yellow musterd in crockpot 5. cover and let cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 6. to serve use tooth picks! |
