came across this from a co worker, have tried these, yum yum Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chili sauce |
1 cup grape jelly |
3 teaspoons brown sugar |
1 lb ground beef |
1 egg |
3 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning mix |
1 dash garlic powder |
Directions:
1. combine chili sauce, jelly, and mustard in slow cooker and mix well. 2. Cover and cook on high while preparing meatballs. 3. Mix together remaining ingredients, and shape into 30 balls. 4. Place in baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. drain well. 5. Spoon into slow cooker, and stir gently to coat well. 6. Cover . Cook low 6-10 hours. |
