1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup grape juice |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, grape juice, and water in a medium sauce pan, stirring well. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. 2. Remove from heat; add lemon juice and butter, stirring until well blended. |
