Grape Cheddar, and Walnut Salad |

Great salad. Just posting here for safe keeping. Ingredients:
2 cups halved red seedless grapes |
2 large celery ribs, finely chopped |
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup light raspberry vinaigrette dressing |
4 cups torn spinach leaves and romaine lettuce |
1 red onion, thinly sliced |
1/4 cup toasted chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Combine grapes, celery,and cheese in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. 2. Toss spinach and romaine with onions. 3. Spoon on to 4 plates: top with grape mixture and nut. |
