From The Cranberry Connection cookbook by Beatrice Ross Buszek, compiled at the Cranberry Cottage in Granville Centre, Nova Scotia. Haven't made it yet but sounds good. Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) tomato puree |
1 cup jellied cranberry sauce |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 tablespoons onions, chopped |
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish |
Directions:
1. Mix well. 2. Use as a grill sauce for beef, shrimp or poultry. |
