Gran's Mushrooms in Sour Cream |

This recipe comes from my family's background. I believe it started with my grandma who was from England. Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 lb fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced |
1 (10 ounce) carton sour cream |
1 teaspoon dill |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Saute onion in butter until transparent, add mushrooms, cook until lightly brown. 2. Add sour cream and seasonings. 3. (If too thin, add 1 tbsp flour) Cover and cook over low heat until heated through. |
