1 cup quick-cooking oats |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup peanut butter |
1/4 cup butter, softened |

Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine oats and brown sugar. Stir in peanut butter and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over ice cream. Yield: 2 cups topping. |
