1/2 cup skim milk |
2 egg whites |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1 cup oatmeal |
1 cup granola cereal |
1/4 cup raisins |
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Please note that the egg whites are in substitution of 1 egg. 2. sugar is also recommended to be replaced with splenda. 3. Beat the egg. 4. Stir in milk and applesauce. 5. stir in rest of ingredients 6. raisins and chocolate chips are optional 7. bake in greased pan at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. |
