Easy and yummie - makes about 2 and 1/2 dozen. Ingredients:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
1 cup butterscotch chips |
1 1/4 cups granola cereal without raisins |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips; 2. stir until smooth. Stir in granola and walnuts. 3. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheet. 4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until firm. |
