Granola, Best Ever!

This is a really easy and yummy recipe! I love eating this with greek yogurt yum!
Ingredients:
4 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups sliced almonds
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Mix oats, almonds, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
3. Warm oil and honey in a sauce pan, whisk in vanilla extract.
4. Pour over mixture in bowl and toss until coated.
5. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
6. Stir up mixture about half way to brown.
