No bake energy bar, perfect for an on the go meal Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1 cup raisins |
2 cups oatmeal |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
1 cup shredded coconut |
1/2 cup coconut oil |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except oil in food processor and pulse until smooth. 2. Melt oil in sauce pan. 3. Add other ingredients and stir. 4. Pour into 13x9 Pyrex and press down. 5. Refridgerate til set. |
