Enjoy a quick snack with these easy-to-prepare Granola bars!! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups smuckers pure apricot jam |
1/2 cup butter |
3 cups robin hood oats |
1 cup cashews, coarsely chopped |
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
1 cup raisins |
1/4 cup flax seed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F Line a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper. 2. Combine jam and butter in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, until butter melts. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well. 3. Press evenly into prepared pan, wetting hands so mixture doesn't srick. 4. Bake in preheated oven 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Cut into 36 bars. |
