1 cup granola |
1 cup oatmeal |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 apple grated |
8 chips, chopped apple |
1 / 2 cup canola oil |
1 and 1 / 2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 pinch ground ginger |
1 egg |
1 pinch sea salt |

Directions:
1. Place in a bowl, sifted flour, granola, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, salt. Make a well in center and put the oil, grated apples, apple chips and chopped egg, mix to incorporate all ingredients.
