Low fat granola. Good with milk or yogurt and fresh or dried fruit. Ingredients:
7 cups oatmeal |
2 cups almonds, sliced |
1 cup coconut, shredded |
1/2 cup sesame seeds |
12 ounce apple juice, thawed |
Directions:
1. Best to make in the evening. 2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. 3. Spread evenly on 2 cookie sheets. 4. Bake at 225 for about 40 minutes. 5. Turn off oven and let granola stay in oven overnight. 6. In the morning, transfer to storage container. |
