Simple and Healthy. Perfect source of fiber for your yogurt. 1 serving - 2 not full tbsp
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats, old fashioned, whole grain
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh lime juice
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients (oats, nuts, cinnamon)
2. make syrup in a separate bowl by mixing oil, honey, and lime juice
3. put all ingredients together and stir well
4. spread your mixture over a cooking sheet
5. put into the preheated oven (350F / 175C) for 18-20 minutes
6. stir once-twice while cooking
