1/2 cup oats, old fashioned, whole grain |
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1 tbsp canola oil |
2 tbsp honey |
1 tsp fresh lime juice |
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients (oats, nuts, cinnamon) 2. make syrup in a separate bowl by mixing oil, honey, and lime juice 3. put all ingredients together and stir well 4. spread your mixture over a cooking sheet 5. put into the preheated oven (350F / 175C) for 18-20 minutes 6. stir once-twice while cooking |
