healthy Ingredients:
3 cups oats |
1/2 cup coconut, sweetened |
1/2 cup almonds |
1/2 cup pecans |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/2 cup pure maple syrup |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix dry in large bowl. 2. Mix remaining in saucepan and heat till combined. Don't boil. 3. Pour over dry. 4. Put in sheet pan. 5. Cook 300 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. 6. Cool. |
