Granola
Ingredients:
2 cups whole oats
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup dried dates
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pecans
Directions:
1. mix oats and seeds in 9x13 baking dish.
2. melt butter and brown sugar - stir in honey and oil.
3. stir butter mixture into aot mixture.
4. bake 20 minuts at 300 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring often.
5. add nuts and fruit and cook another 10 minutes.
6. cool completely and store in air-tight container.
