This is from old friends we knew at Emerald Baptist Church in Eugene, Oregon. Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour |
6 cups rolled oats |
1 cup shredded coconut |
1 cup wheat germ |
1 tablespoon salt |
1/2 cup water |
1 cup oil |
1 cup honey |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 tablespoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. 2. Mix liquid ingredients together. 3. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. 4. Mix thoroughly. 5. Spread on 2 greased cookie sheets and bake for 1 hour 250°. 6. Stir occasionally. |
