This pie has simple directions and is just as delicious as ever. Serve warm or cold. It's good either way!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans
1 unbaked pie shell
Directions:
1. Melt butter. Beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes to an hour, until slightly firm. Slice in 6-12 slices depending on preference. Serve.
