Ingredients:
70 ritz crackers crushed |
1 stick(s) butter melted |
1/2 cup(s) pecans chopped |
2 package(s) instant vanilla pudding |
1 1/2 cup(s) milk |
1/2 gallon(s) vanilla ice cream softened |
1 large cool whip |
Directions:
1. Mix Ritz Cracker, pecans and melted butter. Press 1/2 - 3/4 into bottom of 13x9pan. Mix Milk, Vanilla Pudding and Ice cream. Spread onto the cracker mixture. Place into refrigerator for 1 hour. Frost with cool whip and remaining cracker crumbs. refrigerate over night.
