Granny's Dinner-Style Corn Bread |

This recipe came from my friend's grandmother. For best results, use a cast-iron skillet and melt some butter in it in the oven before pouring in the batter. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) boxes jiffy cornbread mix |
1 cup butter |
8 ounces cottage cheese |
1 (16 ounce) box frozen broccoli |
4 eggs |
Directions:
1. cook broccoli slightly (until barely soft). 2. combine all ingredients. 3. cook on 350 until golden brown. |
