Another recipe from my Granny's collection. Her notes on the card indicate quick and delicious . I think this is a creative twist on the standard meatloaf and uses one of Granny's favorite ingredients - CORN! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, seasoned to taste with salt and pepper |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
1 egg, well beaten |
1 can cream-style corn |
1/2 cup oats |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in the order given. 2. Place mixture in a loaf pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
