This is a recipe from my granny that we make every Christmas - my daughter's favorite Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 cup peanut butter chips |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup salted peanuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate and peanut butter chips in double boiler. Stir until dissolved. Add vanilla. Remove from heat and add chopped peanuts. Stir well and drop into mini paper cups. Refrigerate. The mixture hardens quickly, so have the mini cups set out (i put them on a cookie sheet) before you add the nuts. |
