Granny's Broccoli Casserole |

We have this every Thanksgiving instead of the traditional green bean casserole. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon horseradish |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/2 cup cheese cracker crumbs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F Drain broccoli well, do not cook. 2. Combine soup, cheese, eggs, milk, mayonnaise and horseradish. Mix in broccoli. Spoon into a 2-quart well-buttered casserole dish. 3. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs, sprinkle over casserole. Bake for 45 minutes. |
