Ingredients:
1/8-1/4 tsp. dried ground ginger
1 cup chicken broth
and
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Directions:
1. Place ginger in the bottom of a heavy mug.
2. Pour in hot broth.
3. Keep stirring as you sip so the ginger does not settle on the bottom.
4. Enjoy! - Particularly good for sore throat and queasy stomach.
