Grandpa's Special Bean Soup

This is a great soup for a cold day or for dinner. Beans and veggies add texture and flavor. Very tasty.
Ingredients:
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans goya red kidney beans, drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup diced carrot
1 cup diced celery
1/2 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon goya adobo all purpose seasoning
7 cups water
3 packages goya beef bouillon
1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes, chopped (reserve fluid)
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen vegetables
1 cup elbow macaroni
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. In large pot, saute diced veggies in oil over low heat until golden.
2. Add ground beef and cook, breaking into 1/2 inch chunks.
3. Add Goya Adobo and garlic and saute 3 minutes.
4. Add reserved tomato liquid, water and bouillon.
5. Bring to boil.
6. Add tomatoes, frozen veggies and elbow noodles.
7. Return to boil and simmer 7 minutes.
8. Add Goya beans, stir, and cook 3 minutes.
