Grandpas Meatballs

Meatballs just the way my grandpa would make every sunday.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 large egg
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons dried parsley
Directions:
1. Put ground beef and pork in a bowl.
2. Mix egg and milk and add to beef and pork.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
4. Mix well.
5. Roll into golf ball size balls.
6. Add to simmering pasta sauce to cook at least an hour.
