Ingredients:
13 eggs (large)(room temp.) |
3/4 cup(s) sugar |
1 1/2 cup(s) brandy,rum or bourbon (12oz.) |
2 cube(s) whipping cream (whipped) |
freshly ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. )Separate eggs.2)Place in 2 large mixing bowls.3)Add 6 tbsp sugar to each bowl.4)Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and deep yellow in color.5)Add brandy,stirring well.6)Beat egg whites and sugar untill stiff but not dry.7)Fold beaten whites into yolks mixture.8)Fold in whipped cream.9)Spoon eggnog into punch cups.10)Lightly sprinkle top of each with nutmeg. |
