easy, cheap, and always a hit Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked rice |
1/4 cup melted butter |
1 pint sour cream |
1/8 cup milk |
1 lb graded monterey jack cheese |
8 ounces green chilies |
salt |
1/2 cup graded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. cook rice and add all ingredients except the cheddar. mix, spread in 9x11 pan, sprinkle with cheddar bake at 350 until heated through. |
