Grandma's Wine Cake presented by Woodland Inn Bed & Breakfast Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding |
1 tablespoon nutmeg |
1 cup wine or 1 cup sherry wine or 1 cup port wine |
4 eggs |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Mix the above ingredients well and pour into a greased bundt or tube pan. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with mixture of 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 3 teaspoons milk. |
