This is a very good tangy tart salad dressing with just a little different twist. This is almost identical to a local eatery's house dressing. perfect every time. You can use olive oil and less sugar if that is what you desire. Read more . I make this all the time...A friend of mine sent me this recipe off the Internet...Its delicious Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil |
3/4 cup white wine vinegar |
1 cup white sugar |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 red onion chopped very very fine |
Directions:
1. Pregare dressing in a large jar with a tight fitting lid. 2. Add the oil, vinegar, sugar, ketchup, salt, worcestershire sauce, and onion. 3. Shake until the sugar is dissolved. 4. Refrigerate and shake well before serving. |
