My grandma was well-known for her cooking, She said she got this recipe from her Soroptimist days from a dear friend Katherine White. It's definitely been a family favorite! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can tuna fish |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
2 cups chinese noodles |
1/2 cup celery, sliced |
1 cup cashew pieces, unsalted (if salted, rinse well) |
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk |
Directions:
1. Place 1/2 of the noodles in buttered casserole. 2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over noodles. 3. Cover with remaining noodles. 4. Bake about 1 hour. |
