Grandma's Teething Cookies |

My young friends with babies of their own make these. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon molasses |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 egg yolk, beaten |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
Directions:
1. Stir together the honey, molasses, oil and egg. 2. Add the mixed dry ingredients to make a stiff dough. 3. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into 1 inch by 1 1/2 inch rectangles. 4. Bake a 350 F on an ungreased cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. |
