My boys love grandma's cooking, so I'm happy to have this recipe that is easy for me to make too! Ingredients:
2 cups cooked salmon, chopped (leftovers are great for this) |
4 eggs, separated |
1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Grease a casserole dish. 3. In one bowl, beat together salmon, egg yolks, soup, salt and pepper. 4. In another bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff. 5. Fold the two mixtures together with a spatula, then pour into casserole dish. 6. Bake for 1 hour. |
