Grandma's Pumpkin Pie - Low Fat |

Save calories by using low fat evaporated milk. But, best using regular evaporated milk (creamier). Ingredients:
15 oz pumpkin (13/4 cups) |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp ginger |
1/4 tsp cloves |
1/2 tsp salt |
3 eggs, slightly beaten |
12 oz evaporated milk, low fat |
1 pie crusts, pillsbury all ready rolled |
Directions:
1. Mix all in a large bowl. Use Pillbury crust for ease. 2. Bake at 375Ë? for 25 minutes. Cover crust for next 20 minutes. |
