This is our family favorite of all time. My daughter is the pecan pie baker and it has turned out perfect for her since she was 10 yrs old (11 yrs, so far) Ingredients:
2 -3 eggs, beaten |
1 cup light corn syrup |
1/8 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup white sugar |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
1 cup pecans |
1 9 inch pie shell |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients, except pecans and pie crust, together. 3. Pour into unbaked pie crust. 4. Top with pecan halves. 5. Bake until done. |
