My grandma was a wonderful cook. This is a very good & easy recipe. Ingredients:
1 cup pecans |
1 cup dark corn syrup |
1/2 cup light corn syrup |
3 whole eggs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 tablespoons melted butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300*. Mix all of the ingredients together, & pour filling into a 9 unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. |
