Grandma's Molasses Barbecue Sauce |

Good sauce for chicken or pork. I changed the original recipe to lower the sodium count by using low sodium catsup and added 1 cup of water. Ingredients:
1 cup low sodium ketchup |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup molasses |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use as you would with any recipes calling for BBQ sauce. |
