A new twist on meatloaf. You can even try it with ground turkey. The sausage gives it a little oomph! Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef |
1/2 pound ground breakfast sausage |
1 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs |
1 onion, chopped |
1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained |
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, sausage, bread crumbs, onion, mushrooms, soup and egg. Mix together well and place in a 5x9 inch loaf pan. 3. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes. |
