Ingredients:
1 beaten egg |
1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs |
bunch green onions, finely chopped |
1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1 1/2 pound(s) ground beef/pork |
large carrot finely chopped |
3/4 cup(s) milk |
1 tablespoon(s) parsley flakes |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 cup(s) tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix well and form into loaf. 2. Bake uncovered 375 degrees for 55 minutes. Brush top with tomato sauce during last l5 mins. of baking. Let stand 10-15 minutes. Slice and serve. 3. May add 2 boiled eggs to center of loaf before baking. Add eggs end to end so when loaf is sliced, a round of egg is in center. |
