When my Grandma Drummond made this salad I was a happy girl! Ingredients:
2 cups cooked macaroni (cook acording package directions & cool) |
1 can red salmon or tuna (i like the hickory smoked tuna in this too) |
1 bunch of celery, cut up |
1 lg cucumber, diced |
2 tbs minced onion |
2 plum tomatoes diced |
salt and pepper to taste |
salad dressing - like miracle whip - until it looks good... (i use mayo most ot the time) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
