Grandma tells me this is how she makes her kidney bean salad, however, she did not give me any quantities, so this is a guess on my part. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans |
3 eggs, boiled |
2 dill pickles, chopped |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Mix and season with salt and pepper to taste. 2. A simple yet delicious salad. 3. Cooking time is for boiling eggs. |
